The BEST Sales Consultant! I was shopping for a used Rav4 and came across one at this dealership that I was interested in. I emailed an inquiry on Sunday (Easter) not expecting I was shopping for a used Rav4 and came across one at this dealership that I was interested in. I emailed an inquiry on Sunday (Easter) not expecting to hear from anyone until later in week. To my surprise Brenda emailed me back. I had quite a few questions about the car and she was able to answer them. She was very helpful and not "pushy." After a few emails back and forth and a video call we agreed on a price by late Monday. She was very professional but at the same time "genuine" and easy to talk with. She emailed me a complete list of the fees, etc. (no surprises). She offered to bring me the car (I am in Tampa 72 miles one way) and complete the paperwork. I opted to go to the dealership and she even changed her shift to meet with me on Wednesday. When I arrived, the car was ready to go; detailed and gassed-up. The paperwork (Finance) went smoothly and fast! Brenda was a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle! More

Once we got into Finance, we worked with Raphael Carlisi. Raphael was a breeze to work with as well. He went over our options and had the paperwork ready for us to sign. My manager didn't know about our deal and fielded a phone call from a guy in Orlando who is driving down to Check out the car. You'll have to wait." Sorry, buddy, but that is BS and you breached a contract and tried to play me to up the price to what you listed. Slimeballs. More
