Agreed on a price on a 2.5 year old Honda certified car that they claim was serviced at this dealer. Got a call before I went to close the deal saying the cars undercarriage was completely rusted and could that they claim was serviced at this dealer. Got a call before I went to close the deal saying the cars undercarriage was completely rusted and could not sell it in the condition it was in. How can you accept a trade in in that condition and certify it if it was bad enough to have to whole sale it. I asked for a picture of the undercarriage and he said he couldn’t do that. Instead he tried to sell me something that was of course more expensive. I’ll never do business with them, can’t trust them. Not only did they miss the undercarriage, they certified it without checking it. How can you claim the car is Honda certified without even looking at it. It sounds like they sold it to someone else for more than what we agreed on and came up with a BS excuse to why they couldn’t sell me the car. More
