Same old same old Patrick waited on me for an oil change & tire rotation. It took 2 hours to do. He informed me I had given a bad review last time. I drove my car home. I noticed that the tire pressure indicator was on. This is the same issue I had last time you rotated my tires. I assume since you are a Honda dealer, your staff is trained in how to add air & reset the indicator. I will need to go elsewhere to get this done. I am most unhappy with this situation. I am not sure I will return for service. More

Mark is wise beyond his years and was the most accommodating, caring (non-pushy) car salesman I've ever encountered. At no point was he pushy, he always listened , and no matter what demand I bought a Honda Ridgeline from Eric Digrutollo at Wilde Honda of Sarasota. He delivered my truck to my house and then came back and brought my license tag and installed it on a separate day to save me the trip. I own several cars including Bmw and Lexus and I have to sag that the service I received at Wilde Honda was exceptional . Bob Gregory, the manager , helped me negotiate a great deal in minutes . This is my second purchase from this dealership over several years , and I had a similar experience both times . If you’re looking for a Honda look no further . More
