Mark was able to answer all of my questions and gave clear instructions that I was very comfortable with. Bob Gregory, new car sales manager, was also very courteous and helpful to help finalize the deal. He went over everything about the deal and answered all of my questions. Joe Doyle in finance, made me feel very much at ease as all the paperwork was processed. Kenny and all of his team in the service department was able to meet all of my needs. Very prompt response, very professional! I was looking for a used passenger van and I had the pleasure of speaking with Michael. He was very prompt with his response and followed through with everything he said he was going to even though it was close to close of business day. Michael truly went above and beyond for me. I was three and a half hours away and he took great pictures before I made a long drive. He understands everyone's time is valuable not just his ( some other dealers would blow me off and tell me just to drive over and then they'd talk). Very professional unlike other dealers I had spoke with (been yelled at and cussed at for asking for some idea of finances before a day trip). Michael also wasn't your typical pushy car salesman. Very patient and understanding. I ended up buying a different vehicle that fit my family needs a little better but if in the future I need another vehicle or I have a friend or family member looking I will send them to Wilde Honda and have them ask for Michael Malmsbury! More
