I said to him I'm not buying today, but looking for information and options. Michael spent so much time with be showing me different cars and the cost for leasing versus purchasing. He was so knowledgeable in explaining everything that it lead to test driving a few cars. Honestly, I fell in love with all that the 2018 Honda Accord had to offer. Since budget and payments were a concern for me, Michael worked to get payments where I needed to be and I DID lease the car. I cann't say enough good things about Michael, his patience, knowledge and the time he spent explaining all the features of the car to me were wonderful. I wanted a champagne colored car that the dealership did not have and Michael had to work hard to get from another dealership and was successful in his efforts. I am so happy and love the car, I would recommend Michael to anyone who wants a pleasant experience with NO pressure. More

No Surprises! We recently purchased a used car from Wilde Honda. As we live 3hrs away there was no way to really check out the vehicle before making a 6hr trip. We We recently purchased a used car from Wilde Honda. As we live 3hrs away there was no way to really check out the vehicle before making a 6hr trip. We were depending on Carfax and a fair evaluation from Brian Jenkings, our sales associate. Brian personally checked out the vehicle and answered my questions via text mostly and negotiated, my sometimes unreasonable offers, with his management. As a result of this communications we were confident that we had found the perfect car and headed to Sarasota. Brian was what we expected and had prepared the paperwork that he could before we got there which saved us a lot of time. I think he was surprised that we didn't insist on driving this car before purchase, but as I mentioned before we already had his evaluation and that was good enough. Brian handed us off to Mike Mahlum, the "Finance Manager" - which in my mind is like being sent to the principle's office. Things were going too smoothly so this could be where it all falls apart. My concern was unfounded. Even though Mike was obligated to offer extended warranties there was no hard sell or "woe is me the sky is falling" tactics. It was an "OK" and he moved right along with the paper work and a thank you very much for your business finish. 46 minutes after arriving at the dealership, they had my car and I had theirs. Sweet and easy and best of all no surprises! More

Since my wife and I were looking for a new car for her we decided to give it a try and even use the same salesman. Michael did a great job and we bought a car for my wife. Recently, we decided to go back and get me a new car. Yet again, we wanted to do the whole process with Michael. He helped me find the perfect car for me and the dealership, with no arguments, gave me what I wanted for my truck. If you are looking for a new or used car, at least give Michael Malmsbury at Honda a try. He will help change your mind about car salesman and buying a car. More
service is terrible Service department George and Patrick forgot they had my car. This is the third time this has happened. I live 1 1/2hours awa. I have to keep calling and was told my car is not there I have a locator in my car. I ran the program and it said my car was in Georgia. It gave me the address. Called the cops there and yes it was there. Dealer doesn’t know anything. I reminded them I had a loner vehicle and now they r trying to figure stuff out. They call back. Told me when to pick up my car. It they never fixed it. 2 years later still have problems same run around. Don’t go there. i also talked to skip, the general mgr. he chose not to help with the situation. he just contacted me and says he has no record of me. i bought my car new in 2008, had my service done there, recalls, the last time when i had a real problem it took me a 1 1/2 for them to find the problem. which i told them the problem but george argued with me saying honas don't need a valve adjustment. which usually is true except the fit. all he had to do is google it and or go on you tube like i did. i also gave them a copy of the diagnotic print out i had. patrick told me cars don't have spark plugs and wires anymore. i could go on. but after over 2 weeks i finally got my car back. this time i started making calls on june 7th when i had another alert on my HUM reader when it was driving ruff. but george is still saying the don't have a loner car and he will call. i have been calling 3 times a week. i ask for him on the phone because he told my to . yesterday jason told me he's too busy to take calls because he runs the service department. calling directly to honda. and going back to american cars.it's around trip of 5 hours to the nearest honda dealership for me. karen More
