He kept in constant contact sending me texts and pictures and really anything I asked for the 2 weeks prior to me having the time to drive down and see the truck. He also held the truck for me once I was headed down so no one could buy it before I had the chance to look at it. Once I got there he was great on the test drive and answered anything I needed to know. He was throrough and thorough can be and did all of this without being pushy or annoying like some sales people can get. He was more than a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him in the future for anyone looking for a vehicle. I know I will refer him to anyone I know and I will also call him first in my next vehicle search. Thanks Mike! More

The vehicle I wanted to purchase was a Civic Type R, a car that is highly sought after but not impossible to find. What is impossible to find is a dealership that is willing to sell it at MSRP. All the dealerships in my area (South Florida) were adding a dealer markup of around $10k-15k. Ridiculous! I took the 3 hour trip to Sarasota and it was worth it. Chad greeted me when I arrived and made sure the process went smoothly. He handed me over to the sales manager Jay which was an awesome guy. He gave me the KBB value of my car and didn't tinker with the prices at all throughout the process. No need to haggle. These guys are amazing to work with. This is my third time purchasing from a dealership and the only time I left completely satisfied with the entire process. Highly recommend purchasing from Wilde Honda. Worth the trip for anyone in Florida. More
Worst experience ever! I bought a 2015 crv 3 months ago. I called service and told them it had a terrible gas smell. They told me to bring it in but that my warranty had e I bought a 2015 crv 3 months ago. I called service and told them it had a terrible gas smell. They told me to bring it in but that my warranty had expired a week earlier so that whatever the problem was I would be 100 percent responsible for the cost. Plus they said They could not give me a loner vehicle. I decided a vehicle that is only 90 days old and already giving me problems with scary. So I went to a different dealer and traded it in for a different vehicle. Turns out the smell was because there was no oil cap on oil and the engine was covered in oil. A vehicle so new I had never even opened the hood so I obviously bought it like this. I will never buy Honda again! More

I appreciated his sincere interest in wanting to help; therefore I returned three months later to begin a search. Michael was very helpful, informed and respected my indecision at the moment. I let a month or two pass during which no attempts were made to pressure me. When the moment was right to initiate the leasing process, I returned to Michael. His expert assistance led me into a Civic lease with which I couldn’t be happier: the best dealership experience that I ever had. More

How dedicated is that? Joe Doyle expertly handled the financial end with charm and expertise. These two guys are GEMS. I hate the experience of buying a new car, but they’ve changed my mind. They made it so easy and created a real family atmosphere. When is the last time you got a hug after buying your car? I drove past a lot of Honda dealerships in my 50 minute drive to Wilde Honda, including one just ten minutes from home, and it was worth every minute! If you need a car, used or new, give them a try. The color she/we wanted was unusual and it was difficult to find buy. Michael Malmsbury pulled through, serviced had all of the options done and finance had all the paperwork done as much as it could be. This is our third Honda from Wilde and my 33rd consecutive Honda of my lifetime. I will continue to use them for both sales and service because they just plain, do a great job. More
