I went back several times but nothing seemed to fit for me until we finally found the dark red CRV. I run my own business and after working with Michael getting a Accord from him, he put a big impression upon me. The reason is how he takes care of you and makes you feel like you are his only client. He listens to what you want and gives suggestions on what may work best for you. I am most impressed with his knowledge of his Honda product but also of other manufacturers products in case you're looking for a non Honda used vehicle. In my business I have many clients come in and after talking with them, I find out they may be looking for a vehicle. I believe in sending my clients to people I trust! I have sent many of those clients to see Michael. I have sent my clients to Michael knowing he will take Great care of them as he took care of me and each time he has delivered with flying colors. I have to tell you of one client I sent who is very detailed person and reads up on his product especially when he wants to buy something and he will know more than the person selling the product and then tells me about it the next time I see him Michael took my client and gave him the best Experience he has ever had purchasing a vehicle, which was the New CRV Touring with all its new technology. My client told me, never has he had someone know so much about his product but also show him things he did not find out from his own reading and investigation.
