As Honda and Lexus are both Wilde businesses, Michael took me to the Lexus dealer, showed me the cars that might suit me and did a Lexus test drive with me. Turns out I'm a Lexus girl. Mike is knowledgeable about his products. He is prompt to get back to you with any questions you might have. He also does not rush his customers. On the delivery of the vehicle, Mike spends a great amount of time demonstrating the features and doing the personalized settings. He spends an equivalent amount of time fielding questions. He also makes himself available by phone or email if there are any more questions. Of course,he always welcomes an in person visit at the dealership.
