It was a surprise for my daughter and Al 'aided and abetted' me in keeping in that way . Al was very honest at describing the vehicle over the phone and worked with me on her trade in. When we all descended in the showroom, the car was as described, in fact even better in person. I am happy, daughter is grinning, Al was happy - all in all a good deal. I never felt like I was being pressured into a sale which is often the norm of a car buying experience. He even stayed extra late (way after hours) with us to get a deal I was comfortable with.
