Well, quite simply, my recent transaction with Wilde Honda, and in particular, with Carolyn Gill, couldn't have been any smoother or more satisfying. I was greeted by a gentleman as I entered the dealership and he escorted me to the receptionist who, in turn, notified Carolyn Gill, the used car purchasing person of my presence. In the wink of an eye, Carolyn appeared and we got the ball rolling for the purchase from me of my 2014 Honda CRV. The initial interview was swift, the appraisal timely, and the offer.... well, the offer was MORE than fair!! From soup to nuts, the entire affair took perhaps 90-minutes and I was delighted to walk out of the dealership with a check in my pocket and no CRV. xxxx, I even had to take Uber home to Palmetto since my former CRV was now the property of Wilde Honda. All-in-all, a perfect transaction and I will definitely visit Wilde Honda when it's time for a new car! Thanks for everything, Carolyn! JRL More

Elliot defied and exceeded all my expectations for a salesperson and truly made me feel like I mattered more than a sale. I cannot tell you how scary car buying can be for a single mom. I was handled with such care and it mattered to them that I had a vehicle that I felt safe and good in for the both of us. I'll never forget that. Steve in finance was also an excellent part of the team. He spoke kindly, knowledgeably, broke down information until I understood the terms, and overall made sure everyone felt that they had won. It was more than worth the 150+ mile drive. I love this place! More

We started looking for a new Honda in November and the dealerships in our area weren't willing to offer us the price we wanted nor bring in the color and trim I wanted. We contacted Wilde and were thrilled with the fact they came through in every way!!! Much of the conversations took place via email and Dick located my vehicle and it was delivered two days early. We traveled the 60 miles to the dealership, picked up my car, signed the papers and were out of there in 1 1/2 hours. That's what I call GREAT customer service!!!!!! More
Above and beyond I went to Wilde Honda today for the first service on my 2016 CRV. I had been having a problem with the bluetooth system in the car not announcing the name of the person calling , just the number. Some kind of bug in the software. This happened no matter what the setting said. I tried many things to try and fix this but nothing worked. Reinstalling the phone book uninstalling the “hands free link etc. I called Honda support looked on the internet but was unsuccessful Honda support was aware of this but didn’t have a fix for the problem.. While the car was being serviced, I spoke with Yani. I had spoken to her in the past but she could not figure it out either. But today, while I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, she went out into the lot and got an identical vehicle and began using her own phone to figure this out. Well after at least 30 minutes she came into the waiting room and told me she had finally figured it out. After months of frustration it finally works. I can’t say enough about this young lady. She took the initiative to fix this when no-one else at the dealership or Honda support could do it. She is a valued employee and really cares about the customer. More

I was treated like an adult, capable of making rational decisions and not like a dupe. Halim Boujrada, the salesperson I dealt with, never used pressure or coercive tactics. He answered my questions and treated me with respect. I don't think I would have gotten better service if we were related. He should be teaching classes on how to treat customers; no browbeating, no pushing. Every person I dealt with was friendly and professional. All around a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate returning to, or recommending, Wilde Honda of Sarasota or Halim. I got exactly the vehicle I want and didn't spend more than I intended. More
