I used Wilde for all the service on my car and every single time I was there both Michael and Joe would come over and chat. I had service done while on vacation in 2 other states. Ran into a little problem with the maintenance warranty I had and got on the phone. Joe and Michael immediately handled it for me. So 2 years AFTER the sale it was a no brainer who I was going to go see when I wanted to trade my car in. Again, beyond helpful and very attentive. Michael was helpful in explaining the car's features. I explained that I wasn't going to make a purchase at that time and he made sure to let me know that he'd be there when we were ready. Came back a few days later and worked the deal. The car has been great and we're very happy with our purchase. Michael has done a good deal of follow up to make sure we were satisfied. Only change I would make is not to make your customers wait so long to get to the paperwork portion. We will be back for our next purchase. More
