The Best in the Business My wife and I were originally going to buy a new car but when we saw our dream van the Honda Odyssey Touring Elite for thousands below book value we h My wife and I were originally going to buy a new car but when we saw our dream van the Honda Odyssey Touring Elite for thousands below book value we had to make our way to from Cape Coral to Sarasota.much to our surprise our dream van was real .When the salesman Leo told us that he had taken another couple on a test driver earlier that day and there was a small vibration issue so they had to but it in the shop to fix it we knew we had to act fast. They offered to pick us up after the van was fixed however we were not willing to wait. We gladly took part of our 4th of July to seal the deal on our dream van .When we arrived at Wilde Honda we were greeted by a first class staff. I have to say that R.G is amazing the way he handled our situation by not only making sure our van got fixed but also sending us a vehicle to use while repairs were being done. I got a 2015 Honda CR/V and my husband loved it, couldn't wait for his Ford lease to expire, and he Jeannie, RG and David are fantastic to work with. I got a 2015 Honda CR/V and my husband loved it, couldn't wait for his Ford lease to expire, and he now has a 2016 CR/V. I traded my 2015 CR/V in for a 2016 (just because) and we are thrilled. The team helped us set up all of the settings so we didn't have to fumble around with the manual. The cars were spotless when we left the dealership. My 2015 CR/V was getting 28.8 mpg in the city when I turned it in. Absolutely love the vehicle. We started working with Rolando Cabrera and hew was excellent to deal with. Very responsive and when we were ready to pull the trigger for a certain color, Rolando found it and got it to Wilde that day. He would have also delivered it to us in Estero but we decided to drive up and pick it up. We got there late due to traffic and Rolando stayed late and went over all the tech and introduced us to all the particulars we needed to be comfortable for taking the car home. Very good experience.
