He also was very prompt in all of the follow ups that we had and in returning telephone calls. Most importantly, Michael was patient and professional with my mother. He listened to her concerns and questions and was very careful to provide answers in a way that she could process and understand the answer. He also provided a tutorial of the features on the car which was extremely thorough and complete. Always asking if she wanted more information and suggesting that even after she had taken the car home to write down her questions and come and see him as long as she wanted.
