The following day, we went back - Michael greeted me by name, remembered everything my wife had said about our car needs and knew everything there is to know about the car. While we were there we also test drove a Fit EX. Again, Michael demonstrated knowledge of every aspect of the car, answered all our questions, and was very pleasant to deal with. We decided to wait on the CR-V and get a Fit for me with my wife driving our SRX until we decided to trade it. Every aspect of the buying experience was pleasant, even the settling on trade-in value. Michael was straight forward, honest, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. We both felt that we had been treated respectfully and fairly. When it's time to replace the SRX, we'll be dealing with Michael. More

She was polite, very personable and friendly. We both enjoyed working with her. Iane Da Silva demonstrated how to use the various features and options of our CV-R. She was very friendly and fun to be with. She was also obviously extremely knowledgeable and an expert in her role as a "coach" . We a problem obtaining an out of state title and registration but that was resolved after much discussion. Overall, we were very happy with the quality of service we received from the dealer. We also love our new 2016 CR-V and hope to have it as our vehicle for many years. We would definitely recommend it to friends and neighbors and return there if the need for another car arose. Dread Not! I dreaded having to go to a car dealership to find my next new car but I needed one. Since I have had good luck with Honda, I went to the local Wilde I dreaded having to go to a car dealership to find my next new car but I needed one. Since I have had good luck with Honda, I went to the local Wilde dealership here in Sarasota. The next thing I dread is talking to a car salesman. In my experience they are pushy though sometimes in subtle ways, not particularly knowledgeable about the cars they have to offer, direct you to the high GP offerings and finally are not very flexible when it comes to pricing. I needn’t have worried since with the luck of a draw we, my wife and I, ended up with Michael. We looked at everything from a Fit to a Pilot which we own at present. For me the main thing was to find a comfortable car but smaller than an SUV. Well after more than 2 hours of trying on cars, yes like a suit, we decided on an Accord. If it hadn’t been for Michael’s interest, attention and unflagging patience I am sure I would have walked off the lot after 30 minutes. Yes we struck a deal which would have been easily accomplished were it not for disagreement over the value of my trade in. With sales management help that too was worked through successfully. At this point my wife and I were quite satisfied but Michael was not done. We came back the next day to pick up the car he spent another hour going through the features of the car, not just directing us to a video but while sitting in the car with us went through all the features of the new car. Believe me that was a BIG help to us! I think we tend often only to give feedback when something doesn’t go right. Everyone, from the salesman, to the deal-maker manager, to the sign-you-up and get you a better deal finance manager, were warm, non-threatening, helpful and went the extra mile to get me into a car I wanted and a deal I can live with. We actually talked like old friends and shared hugs with the finance manager when all was said and done. They are winning on customer service. William called me the same morning I signed up online and the car I saw was still available. Rolando - sweet young man who knows his business and exudes warmth at the same time. Jay - savvy sales manager ready to deal. Steve Morris - the guy next door you have to enjoy visiting with and signing all those papers with. I'll recommend this place to all I know. More

My husband and I were two months away from our Wilde lease expiring, I bought a pre-owned 2014 Honda CR-V today, 02/21/2016, at Wilde Honda Sarasota. My husband and I were two months away from our Wilde lease expiring, so we went into the dealership with the mindset that we'd browse but also buy if we found the right car and had the right experience. Needless to say, we left with a new (pre-owned) vehicle and an incredible experience to remember. Rolando Cabrera, our sales person today, recognized that my husband and I, as millennials, wanted a quick, efficient, low-pressure buying experience; with this intuition, Rolando guided us through a virtual tour of Wilde's inventory at a kiosk computer in the air-conditioned interior of the dealership. Using the search tool at the kiosk, Rolando teased out our criteria and refined the search until we had a short list of vehicles. At six-months pregnant, I enjoyed the comfort of being inside and the convenience of narrowing our list to limit our time outside. Rolando provided his opinions and views on various options and features without being condescending or aggressive. He patiently explained technical differences between certified pre-owned and pre-owned. He expressed his opinion that leather is a better interior for children as it is easier to clean; I confirmed this opinion through parenting blogs and we ultimately took his advice. Rolando is a knowledgeable sales person with a good heart and a special touch with millennial buyers. Steve Himmel was the individual who put me and my husband in our lease in 2013. Today he served as the manager who presented our offer and the business manager who helped us acquire the best deal on a loan. Today as in three years ago, Steve was kind, patient, and very clear about our finance offers. He is an inherently trustworthy person. I felt very safe going over financial information with Steve. He asked who our favorite musician was and played music by that musician while we went over finance information, which certainly made the experience more relaxing and even enjoyable! We were laughing like old friends as we left his office. Next year when my husband and I purchase another vehicle, we will be buying it from Wilde Honda Sarasota. More
