Martha was and kind and patient with me as I looked at several vehicles over a period of months. She had to leave town after I chose a vehicle, and Michael took over and was professional, thorough, and friendly. Flynt ho negotiated the price with me, and the business manager Steve were exceptional as well. They were professional, efficient, and straight forward. No one wasted my time. They went above and beyond my expectations. It was exactly the experience I want when buying a car. More

I can’t say enough about the excellen treatment we received. He helped us find an accord in excellent condition with low miles that was perfect for our needs. He helped us a lot with the payment arrangements. But as all outstanding individuals do, he showed his total commitment to outstanding customer service when something went wrong. We knew up front the car was “as is” and while we purchased a mechanical package fo be protected in the event of a major problem, there are many things not covered. We left and my son was happy. Two days later the headliner completely fell off and the power steering was funky. I called Michael to see if he could help us and the service I received after that was nothing short of spectacular. He had Wilde fix everything at no cost to us and gave us a brand new loaner to use for several days. I was completely awed at the way Michael went way out of his way to make sure we were happy. He had no obligation to do any of this for us but he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be completely satisfied. Michael treats his customers like family and like he would want to be treated himself. It is so refreshing in this day and age to deal with a salesperson who applies zero pressure and takes the time to really understand your needs and find a solution that works for you. The first car I bought from Michael I got him as my salesman by chance. After that change was out of the picture. This last car was the fourth car I have purchased at Wilde, every one of them from Michael. Any salesperson can sell you a car, but I have seen very few sales people in my life that take care of their customers like Michael does. Wilde is very lucky to have him and the customer goodwill he creates for the company cannot be assigned a price tag. If you need a car, new or used, I give Michael my highest recommendation. He will treat you like family and simply will not let you be less than completely satisfied. More

When I was ready to start my car selection process he set up an appointment giving me his full attention and a comprehensive feature review and test drive of my car if interest - the CR-V. I visited other dealers that day and was shown the Toyota RAV4and the Ford Escape. Those vehicles and the dealer presentations paled in comparison to the Honda CR-V and Michaels ability to clearly and fully explain the cars features. He knows his vehicles and he never pressured. After deciding on the CR-V, I visited other area Honda dealers. I got the best price and the best purchasing experience from Wilde Honda and Michael and Flynn. He was throrough and thorough can be and did all of this without being pushy or annoying like some sales people can get. He was more than a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him in the future for anyone looking for a vehicle.
