Michael Malmsbury Goes the EXTRA MILE! I have been working with Michael Malmsbury at Wilde Honda for more than 5 years. He has become more than just a Sales Person, he has become a friend I have been working with Michael Malmsbury at Wilde Honda for more than 5 years. He has become more than just a Sales Person, he has become a friend. Even in the beginning he treated me like I was a friend! I did stray from working with him once and he said that was not the way to go but I did not listen and believe me I paid for it. He lightly chastised me in his polite way and then eventually helped me get out of my mistake. Since Michael showed me his integrity, I have always trusted Michael. Even sometimes I’m going to do something, outside of purchasing a vehicle and I ask him for his thoughts. I have to tell you this, there was one time My car would not start and I believed it was the battery, I called Michael for some help and he came by on that late night and brought his jumper box with him and jumped my car. He left the jumper box with me just in case I needed it in the morning. He told me to keep the jump box until you know you do not need a new battery. He said I probably left an interior light on and he must have been correct. I run my own business and I was using my Accord more like a truck and Michael spoke to me about possibly getting a Ridgeline. He actually was looking out for me when I told him there was a certain Ridgeline he had in stock that we drove and the man does know his Honda product! I said I would get this one, but he explained to me do you need this? Do you need that? The answer was No. He said, Why not save money for now and get this one that would meet my needs which was actually less, so he helped me spend less money, $ave Money! who does not want to save money? I was going to get My Ridgeline, I desperately needed! Michael could’ve just said OK and let me spend more. After looking up the Ridgeline he did not have in stock, he did a search for one, but there was Only One Ridgeline RT in the whole state of Florida. He said we will try to get it, be patient and he would keep me Posted. I am not the most patient person and I called him the next day and said I will just take the more expensive one , he said just relax and let him work and He Did! He told me the name of the person who helped, Andrea Thank You! Andrea and Michael were able to attain the only Ridgeline RT, in the state of Florida for my needs! Wow! Who else can say that about their Sales Person, Michael Truly Goes the Extra Mile! My son will be needing a car and guess who will be helping Me? Michael Malmsbury! More
