They helped us get the best possible deal, and they took the time and made the effort to work with us, even when it looked doubtful. It's hard to find that level of customer care and commitment these days, and we greatly appreciate the people over at Wilde Honda in Sarasota! We have another Honda dealership closer to home, but the customer service is worth the extra drive. Yesterday we went back in and got anothergreat deal on an even newer, much nicer car, so now we as happy as can be!! And all of it is thanks to the wonderful people over at Wilde Honda, especially Greg Bowers. Greg Bowers went above and beyond both times we purchased cars there, and he is truly a wonderful asset to the business! We truly felt like valued customers, and he treated us with such care and respect that we felt as though he sincerely cared about our happiness there. Wilde Honda does an exceptional job, they always have service coupons and deals, they are honest and always wash and vacuum your car as well. Their customer service representative are knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Even when I asked if they did a service that they didn't offer they referred me to a company they work regularly with and even printed out the info with reviews for me. They always go an extra mile. Since I live a bit far whenever I needed a service that took a bit longer they always offered me a loaner car to take so I didn't have to sit around and wait. More

I'm in the automotive field, and have been for many years. Nothing worse than a salesman who tries to bluff their knowledge of cars. Michael is NOT that way at all. Not pushy, nor does he tell you what you want to hear. Very respectable man. I went there to look at a car. And became more interested in the car next to it. It was also quite a few thousand dollars more. I asked him about the car, he answered my questions, with no hesitation. I was very relaxed, under no "salesman pitch". And THAT was the car I was looking for. Michael was very clear that I was not obligated to buying. I actually enjoyed every part of the ordeal. Michael greeted us when we pulled in Wilde Honda, and showed us directly to the car we wanted to see first. We originally came to look at a pre-owned 2012 Civic Hybrid. Michael took us to that car immediately a test drive. As we walked back in my wife and I stopped to look at the new 2015 model and Michael showed my wife and I some of the new features. Michael’s knowledge of the Civic Hybrid is far exceeded our expectations. He was able to show us everything we needed to know about the new car including the best ways to optimize settings and to handle driving a Hybrid. Needless to say, we were sold on the 2015 new model. Michael and the team at Wilde immediately went to work to finalize the deal for us. They were able to offer us a better deal on the cost of the 2015 Civic Hybrid and a better price on the trade of my old car than other Honda dealers in the area. While we were waiting for the paper work to be completed, Michael ensured that my wife and I were comfortable and provided us water and snacks. He also gave us coupons to a nice burger place across the street for dinner. Michael is a great salesman who takes good care of the customers he is working with. I was concerned since it was a used car that I would have a problem. They certainly stand by the vehicles they sell. I have never owned a Honda (former Toyota, Buick) and am very pleased with the quality of the Honda vehicle.
