Soo happy I have used Wilde Honda before, and when I was ready for a new one; they pulled it off. Needless to say I have a wonderful new car, I never thought was even in my reach. I was in tears of joy when I left, my sales man was Bob Gregory(again, because he was so helpful with my first car ). When I first looked at the Honda Civic and rode in it etc... I jokingly told Bob he could just put a big red bow on it, I want this. We went back inside to do the paperwork, and found that yes I could get this awesome car. After all our papers were completed, I went out with my family to our new vehicle and I saw my beautiful car with a big red bow on top, waiting for me!!! I haven't had such an experience in all my life like that, I just welled up with tears of joy..... The care, compassion and remarkable attention to detail is a rare find in today's world of retail. After having the car for a few days I had a few minor issues that I wanted to see addressed. I was then referred to Mark Dickerson in the Service department who continued that unwavering customer service. It seemed after several attempts to rectify the situation the problem could not be fixed. I then had the pleasure of meeting Skip Strassburger the GM of the dealership. It was decided that the best option for me, would be to consider a different car. Eduardo worked tirelessly to find the right car that was within my budget that met my expectations. On the recommendation of a business acquaintance, I called Jeannie Stathas this past April when I was looking to turn in my lease early on my 2012 Civ On the recommendation of a business acquaintance, I called Jeannie Stathas this past April when I was looking to turn in my lease early on my 2012 Civic Si and move into something much more family oriented - a Honda CR-V. Living in Ft. Lauderdale, I was a little concerned about leasing a vehicle over the phone - let alone from a dealer 200 miles away. Jeannie and her husband R.G. made the process so incredibly easy. The CR-V was dropped off at my office and 1/2 an hour later the driver drove my Civic Si back to Sarasota. There were no hidden surprises. Fast forward four (4) months later, my wife and I decide that we want to trade-in her 2006 Corrolla. We looked at different models of various Asian manufacturers and concluded that the Honda Accord LX was the one car that met all of our needs. We came very close to purchasing the Accord at local dealer, however, we walked out of the showroom after the dealer tried to significantly raise the agreed upon price. Instead, I called Jeannie who again was able to take care of all of our needs. This time we drove to Sarasota to pick up our new Accord so that we could visit friends in the area. When we arrived at Wilde Honda, Jeannie hugged my wife and made her feel like she was family. After exchanging pleasantries, Jeannie showed us the car, which was cleaned and detailed and ready for us to take a quick test drive. After we came back from our test drive, we spoke to Greg in finance who was equally as helpful, and I thoroughly reviewed (I'm an attorney) the loan documents, which were perfect. My wife is a little technologically deficient, so Jeannie spent a lot of time going through and teaching her about all of the features in the Accord. While Jeannie was showing my wife all of the features in the Accord, I was able to sit down and get to know Jeannie's husband, R.G., who is the general sales manager at Wilde Honda. Just like Jeannie, R.G. is very warm, honest, and genuine. I've purchased or leased at least 10 cars in my lifetime, and I have never had such positive experiences at any car dealership that I've ever dealt with. Buying a vehicle from Jeannie Stathas is like buying a vehicle from a family member.
