His honesty and laid back method...absolutely no pressure at all...makes this a truly unique experience in the car buying world. Lastly, I cannot say enough about Stephen Morris, the finance manager, who made the "closing" a breeze. No kidding, we were in and out of his office with all papers signed, ZERO pressure to purchase a bunch of add-ons that most of us know we don't want or need, in probably 15 minutes or less. Bravo to a well-oiled operation. And their service department, although we didn't use it last week, has always been spot-on professional and courteous and all of our past dealings with them.
