We spoke on the phone about my expectations for my new Pilot. We drove from Orlando and when we pulled into the lot- there was my car sitting ready for my test drive. It was exactly what I asked for and the price was exactly what we discussed on the phone. We were in and out within an hour with the Perfect car. What an awesome experience from a great team of people. Greg did all that he promised, Halim took good care of us while the paperwork was being finalized and the finance manager Steve was attentive and wonderful too. The sales associate, Kim Cannello, was so calm and straightforward that I immediately felt at ease and was able to quickly make a decision. I drove away with a great new car in a short afternoon visit. Kim also helped me program my cellphone and showed me how to use the other electronic features. It was the easiest, most straightforward, hone We bought our first Honda, a new 4 door Accord, from R G Stathas in 1980 at Globe Honda in Clearwater. It was the easiest, most straightforward, honest, and fair auto buying experience we had ever had. We purchased three more Hondas from R G and Globe Honda, and every sale was absolutely the best. Once he even told us he "had" to give us a higher trade value than originally quoted (of which we were already pleased with) because a fading paint job after repairs from an accident had been done by the Globe Honda body shop, and he felt it was their issue. Talk about honesty and awesome customer service! Since R G has been with Wilde Honda we or immediate family members have bought five more Hondas from Jeannie Stathas, even though the dealership is over an hour away. They go out of their way to make everything happen easily and perfectly. Price is always very fair and they will even deliver the cars to us. The most recent purchase was a new Fit purchased by my terminally ill father in law who wasn't up for a visit to a dealership and haggling over the price. He knew Honda quality, had a recommendation on the car, and didn't even want to test drive it. Jeannie and R G made that deal including the trade-in happen for me over the phone which was a godsend to my father in law. Anyone who hates the old-time auto dealer sales tactics needs to see Jeannie and they will be very happy they did. I'm currently still driving a 2007 Honda Pilot EXL that I purchased new from Jeannie, by far the longest I've ever owned one vehicle, and it's only because it happens to be the very best vehicle (out of 22) that I've owned since 1966. When we chose our new van, Bob's knowledge of the technology was evident as he explained everything to us. He is most thorough. Thank goodness, he more than assisted to program the van's "computer" and repeated how this is done. His communication skills in person, emailing, and using the phone are exceptional which is so necessary to build confidence in a person. He is an asset to Wilde Honda. More
