Because we were interested in a specific vehicle, time was of the essence and we wound up having to bring a sick infant with us to the dealership. We also drove over an hour from Clearwater to make the purchase. Halim, aware of our time crunch and baby in tow, was ready and waiting for us with the car in great shape and paperwork ready to go. I've never had a car-buying experience go so smoothly and efficiently in my life! The one hiccup we ran into with our vehicle was actually the best part of our purchase experience. After we made it home, we discovered a small crack in the underside of the bumper that was very obviously from an old incident - we had just missed it at the dealership. When I called Halim, he happily guaranteed their product and said all we had to do was bring the car in for the repair and they would supply us with a loaner vehicle. That process went as smoothly as the purchase did! Halim's communication prior to our arrival, on site, and after purchase was prompt, personalized and attentive. His customer service level is unparalleled. I could not recommend working with/purchasing from Halim enough, but I certainly will try with as many friends and family as I can. We also worked with Joe Doyle on the finance side. He also worked with us prior to arrival and coordinated our loan through a third party that best fit our financing needs. He was able to beat the APR our own credit union offered us, which was great! Our only negative experience came during the paperwork process, however, as Joe was very obviously condescending about our decision to not spring for the added warranty. We have our personal reasons for not making that financial decision, but Mr. Doyle did try to make us feel dumber for not taking his recommendation. It was an unexpected moment in an otherwise amazing experience at Wilde Honda. Despite that moment, we still walk away glowing about our overall experience with Halim and Wilde Honda, and would recommend them to all! More

Best car buying experience ever. We were referred to Wilde Honda by a friend, and called to discuss the lease of a new CRV. We spoke with David Misiewicz and arranged to meet with him We were referred to Wilde Honda by a friend, and called to discuss the lease of a new CRV. We spoke with David Misiewicz and arranged to meet with him on March 10, 2017. This began the most pleasant and easy car purchasing (leasing) we have ever experienced. David listened to what we were looking for and took us for a test drive. Liking the vehicle, David gave us all the facts and figures relating to the lease. He explained that he did not have the color we wanted in stock, however while we were discussing the details of the transaction, he had an associate locate one nearby. We agreed to the deal and arranged to pick up the car on Monday March 13. They would have delivered it to us in Naples, however we wanted to learn as much as possible about the advanced electronics and other features and he recommended that we come to the dealership for this. We spoke with the financial person, I believe his name was Stephen Morris, completed the transaction and signed the forms necessary to transfer the tags and registration and arranged to make the pick up on Monday. Monday morning we arrived at the arranged time, met with David and received the keys and paper work. He turned us over to an exceptional young lady named Iani who went through the entire vehicle and explained all the features, buttons, electronics and gadgets. Her knowledge was impressive and her patience was fantastic. These three people made this such a pleasure to deal with Wilde that I had to take the time to submit this review. We live a little over one hundred miles from the dealership and it was so worth the travel time to work with so many peasant and professional people and to get an excellent deal on our vehicle. More

The Absolute Best Car Buying Experience I have EVER had!!! I was put in contact with Wilde Honda through my credit union (Navy Federal). I was not interested in purchasing a Honda at all. I was a an avid Nissa I was put in contact with Wilde Honda through my credit union (Navy Federal). I was not interested in purchasing a Honda at all. I was a an avid Nissan owner. Well after speaking with Martha and her sending me some cars that she thought I would like, the Accord had my full attention. I explained to her what I was looking for and how my car buying experience was going to go (quick, easy, smooth...in that order!!!) I sent over an offer that I had from another Honda dealer for a new Accord. I asked for the deal to be matched. They didn't have the car in but she told me she would get it and let me know when I could come pick it up. When she called me, that's exactly what I did...picked it up!!! None of that long sitting around, waiting, playing the numbers game. When I tell you this was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had, I am not exaggerating. I am in love with my new Honda Accord. I can't wait to purchase my next one. It will definitely be from Wilde Honda. My service was awesome. I drove from St. Petersburg, FL but it was well worth it.
