We let him know when we were leaving, and he held the car for us to ensure it was still available while we were on the trip down. Michael was extremely friendly, and was able to answer all our questions about the car buying process. We didn't feel any pressure to purchase the vehicle, and he went out of his way to make sure we got a good deal on the car. Michael made the process of buying a car very smooth, and efficient. His team was even able to get us a better rate on our loan than the one we had from our credit union! Great overall experience We called ahead of time looking for certified pre-owned Honda CR-Vs. We spoke with Kim, who was very helpful and informative. It was our first day of car searching, so Kim was able to show us multiple vehicles of interest, which we got to test drive as well. When it came to pricing, the dealership was very straightforward about the cost of the vehicle, tax, dealer fees, registration fees, etc, and even worked to help us get the cost down a bit. No pressure to buy that day, including the usual "what can I do to earn your business today?". 2 days later we had reevaluated our budget, and called Kim to let her know we wanted to come back. She helped us get the price down a bit more towards our budget line, and was very helpful with making sure the vehicle was cleaned up and filled with gas before we even arrived. When we got there it was waiting for us right outside the front door. We met Kim, filled out a few forms, and met with Yani to inspect the vehicle. Yani was very helpful as well. She showed us all the features available to us, which we were not accustomed to after driving 2001 and 2004 model cars to date. Afterwards, we met with Steve to fill out our final paperwork. Steve was very efficient in explaining what each piece of paper was for, and was very friendly. When it came time to pay, we were presented with the agreed upon price we negotiated over the phone earlier that day; no unexpected fees, no inflated price. In fact, the price came down a bit because the estimated price to register the car was higher than expected. They could have stuck the extra cost on us. They didn't. When it came time for extended warranties, Steve laid out all of our options, and even suggested that we decline some of them as they were less applicable. When we respectfully declined the other offers, there was no pushback. By the time we were done, we had a real metal license plate on the car and registration in the glove compartment, no temporary documents. Overall, we had a very pleasant, stress free experience. We felt very confident in our purchase, as the certified pre-owned vehicles undergo rigorous inspection for the certification process, which also extends the bumper-to-bumper warranty by 1 year/12,000 miles, and the powertrain warranty by 3 years/30,000 miles (I believe these values are accurate). The staff was all very helpful and laid back. We were never made to feel pressured to do anything we weren't ready to do, which is very different than most other dealerships. I would absolutely recommend Wilde Honda, Kim, Steve, and Yani to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle, and would definitely return in the future. More

My experience with Larry Briden, as well as everyone I dealt with at Wilde Honda, was amazing. The most low pressure relaxed atmosphere I could have imagined. A manager, Greg Cox, stopped in early on in the negotiations and was straight forward, here are the facts and numbers, and no pressure. Even the finance guy, Stephen Morris, was a nice guy. Seriously, a non-pushy, nice guy in finance? This does not take into account the incredible deal Stephen got me for my financing. (Thanks agian for that Steve) My wife was at my with me the whole time and even she never felt the least bit anxious. We love the used Tacoma we took home, Wilde Honda was such a great experience that I highly recommend anyone looking for a car in the area, new or used, stop in and talke to someone.
