Bob introduced us to Ronnie, to discuss final pricing and again we were impressed with his customer relation focus. Then again when we met with Joe, finaliaing the transaction, we again were impressed with the focus on customer relations. At that time I mentioned to Joe how impressed I was with the dealership. Jeannie and RG Stathos of Wilde Honda of Sarasota take the car buying experience to a level only experienced if you have purchased a vehicle from them before! We have experienced this perfection in action before because this is our second purchase from them. We always feel like we are coming HOME when we work with the Stathos team. They are such good listeners and there are no pressure sales. They know the vehicles like the back of their hand, which is quite an accomplishment since Honda cars now are so technologically advanced. I brought my husband back to the showroom after I saw a beautiful Honda Accord in the showroom that I thought he might like. The Stathos team said we could take it out for a drive and if we wanted to keep it for the weekend we could.. We loved the car and decided to purchase it so we returned to the dealer after our test run. It was after closing hours but RG and Jeannie stayed and got that car detailed, filled with gas, and did the paperwork in a seamless fashion. We got an orientation to the vehicle (like how to use the keyless entry equipment), and we drove home with our beautiful loaded 2014 tiger eye Accord Coupe. RG gave us a fantastic price and deal in addition to just being a great, top notch guy to work with. Jeannie is a sweetheart and makes you feel so comfortable, that you forget you are at a car dealership! I am returning Tuesday for the Lojack install and to see Jeannie for the complete orientation on the features of the vehicle. The thought of buying, leasing or having anything to do with a new car has always bothered me. I had a 2000 Nissan and just wouldn't get rid of it because of the hassle I knew I would go through to get a with a new car has always bothered me. The people at Wilde starting with Dick Westby are the friendliest, calmest sales people I have ever met. There is no pressure and you get every question answered honestly. They work with you in any way they can. Flynt the sales manager came out and greeted me each time I walked in. I just thought the salesman would work with me. The entire process was so smooth and friendly I couldn't in good conscience tell anybody to go anywhere else. Joe in finance wrapped the deal up for me in a minimal amount of time. The whole process from beginning to end was absolutely amazing to me. Having worked in retail for over 35 years I have seen my share of pushy, hard sell people. You will not find that here. They are not pushy like other car dealers I have dealt with recently, with numerous phone calls and messages. Dick called me ONCE and sealed the deal. Easily the best car experience of my life.
