I finally decided to go look at a Lexus I saw on line @ Wilde Honda. I felt a little nervous and unsure about going to look at a car alone but this car really caught my eye! I was very impressed with Dick's knowledge of the car, from the special packages the car had to warranty questions I had. I decided to go on a test drive, simply because I did not feel pressured in anyway. Dick put me at ease. I, of course, fall in love with the car! I am very impressed with Dick Westby. From his gentle friendly manner, to his vast knowledge about cars. He got me the payment I wanted and really went above and beyond what I even expected. My wife Carolyn and I finally decided on a new vehicle. She liked the design of the CR-V and we stopped at Wilde to check them out. There was not a question that we asked that he was unable to answer. Took us on a leisurely test drive and really sold us the car. He is a low-key kind of guy who was just right for us. We went over the price and all of our options on financing. We then wanted some time to go home and think about it. I called the next day and made the deal over the phone. As to the sale itself, I can only say that I was pleasantly surprised with the process. Joe Doyle handled the paperwork and he was very thorough and gave us all our options to finalize the sale. He not only was very professional, he was very friendly and helpful. All in all, the car buying experience which I had dreaded, became a stress-free occasion. Great Job. More

I had been looking for an SUV for quite some time. Jack was keeping an eye out for me whenever used cars came in. He found a VW Touareg for me.
