This purchase makes my third business deal with this dealership. The first 2 went well. This third one… not so much. I went in as a woman on ... This purchase makes my third business deal with this dealership. The first 2 went well. This third one… not so much. I went in as a woman on my own and they tried to take some serious advantage of me, not knowing that I know how car deals go. Even after I told them this would be my third car deal with them. They tried charging me 600 for window tint and 600 for floor mats WHICH WAS ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE “black edition” pilot. Took me forever to get them to take those charges off. The sticker price is the price of everything in the car. You don’t tack things on like that. After being there for 2 hours, my anxiety was through the roof as the sales manager was high pressure. They didn’t even give me my keys to my trade back til I asked to leave as I was uncomfortable, and was told “well we won’t hold you hostage” well no xxxx… but that was their tactic. Now, did I do the deal? Yes. The car was exactly what I wanted. Do I still like the dealership overall? Yes. They price their cars competitively. I’ll go back when it’s time for a new one.
