Honda of Serramonte is DISHONEST and PREDATORY. We went in on 12/20/25 to buy a Honda CR-V Hybrid advertised on their website for $23,886, only to be hit with FORCED dealer add-ons after agreeing t We went in on 12/20/25 to buy a Honda CR-V Hybrid advertised on their website for $23,886, only to be hit with FORCED dealer add-ons after agreeing to purchase. The salesperson, Jeff, flat-out lied, claiming the car didn't have a factory alarm and that we were REQUIRED to pay an additional $1,184 for a dealer installed after market, KARR Alarm plus, $159 for a vague "Road Advantage" he never explained. These dealer add-ons increased the price $1,343, above the advertised price. This was a shady bait & switch tactic. They also tried to give us a predatory interest rate on 8.99% even when we have pristine credit. When we tried to resolve the issue directly with the dealership requesting a refund for the KARR Alarm that we were sold under false pretenses, the dealership has not returned our calls. AVOID this dealership, they are dishonest and will try to take advantage of you. I will be following up with reporting this dealership's practices to the CA Attorney General, the DMV, the Better Business Bureau, and the FTC. More
