We had a wonderful experience buying our new car at Victory Honda of San Bruno! We walked in without an appointment and were immediately greeted by a polite, young salesman named Petr Kalachinskiy. Petr was incredible to work with from start to finish. He was extremely patient, showed us various options, and clearly explained all the differences between models. During the test drive, he highlighted all the key upgrades compared to my older car, making sure my husband, my daughter, and I had all our questions answered. He was so attentive, offered us water, and, most importantly, was honest and transparent.. When he brought over the quote, it was clean, self-explanatory, and direct, without thousands of dollars in hidden add-ons or unexpected fees. We felt genuinely cared for and were happy to do business with him. When it came time to finalize the paperwork, Fares Aqleh in Finance took care of us. Fares was a total professional, super efficient, thorough, and clear with his explanations. The entire atmosphere at Victory Honda of San Bruno is welcoming and bright. We had a great experience from the very beginning, emailing questions back and forth and getting thorough answers, and we ended up going in and buying a car. The man we dealt with, Tito Cruz, was very honest, straightforward, and seemed to know what he was talking about. He never tried to lead us astray; he listened to what we wanted, and we ended up getting the exact car we wanted. The finance guy, Denzo, was the same: very good and straightforward. I don't know his last name, unfortunately, but he felt there were some things he needed to tell us, whether or not we were going to actually end up taking him up on the offer. Overall, it was generally a very good experience.

Sales person was slick but the financing department messed up my contact then made to come and resign. I had an appointment and they made we wait while they sold and financed other cars to other customers. I guess I come last. Johnny in finance is a user and he'll say anything to get what he wants. I can't believe I left work early for this. What a poor experience!

This was my first visit to Hayward Honda after years of horrible experiences at Autonation Honda Fremont. Everything about my service visit to Hayward Honda was fantastic! I was greeted within 90 seconds of arriving (I didn't have to hunt someone down). My service advisor (Enrique) was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I was given timely updates without asking. My car was ready early. I was offered a Lyft ride. They washed my car. Great coffee machine in waiting area. They did not try to sell me anything that wasn't needed. It was so incredibly painless I will only come here going forward. Not sure why I waited so long.

This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I came in just to take a look at the vehicle and test drive. The last time I bought a vehicle was 5 years ago and I did not have a good experience. I felt like I was pressured into purchasing a vehicle. The salesperson Omar, was very professional, respectful and patient with me, unlike my last experience at another dealership. Also Ron the manager was very nice, and professional! I took my Accord to Primo for a routine maintenance and... - zbyxl

I took my Accord to Primo for a routine maintenance and oil change. Immediately after the service, my gas mileage went down about 20%. I brought this to the attention of the Primo service manager. He completely blew me off. After about 3500 miles, I performed my own oil change, oil filter change, and air filter change. I was aghast when I saw the filth of the air filter which was obviously never touched. After performing my own service on the car, my gas mileage returned back up 20% to its normal. When I tried to bring this matter up with the Primo General Manager, I was told that there currently is no General Manager. If you go to Primo Honda you are playing with fire.
