I'm going to keep it short and to the point. I did buy a vehicle there because I did my homework, my mechanic gave it a thumbs up, and it was priced reasonably. That's about as good as it gets. Unknowledgeable, unfriendly, deceptive, and customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their list, if on their list at all. I feel sorry for anybody that goes in there with little experience in buying from dealerships, and hasn't done their own homework on their vehicle they're interested in. And don't try resolving any of this with their general manager, Patrick, he's as bad as the rest of them. If you can even get him to respond to you. If you buy a vehicle here just make sure you do your homework and don't rely on anything they tell you. And don't expect an enjoyable buying experience. And don't let them rush you through the financing and contracting signatures part. They try to get a lot of things past you if you don't read the fine print. Beware Just a word of advice...,.......
