He also called me back to confirm whether I wanted to proceed with the repair, and told me the costs. Had my car back in running within hours. Awesome We got our Honda HR V in May and I remember I was told that I can bring the car in if I want it cleaned or checked for anything. I thought it was just to get me to buy the car, of course they will say everything just to get a sale. I thought of bringing it back in for a car wash and a check up just to see if they will live up to their promises, I was greeted by a friendly yet professional employee (Teddy ) who asked about what could we possibly need during the visit and I told him the purpose of why I am there to begin with. Without any hesitation and further questioning, Teddy arranged so I can get help. To my surprise when I came back to pick up the car, it looked newer than when we first got it from the dealership! I was so impressed by the professionalism of Teddy and his co-workers, and I said to myself that I will always recommend Honda of Serramonte to our friends ang families.
