purchased a brand-new vehicle, and after 30,000 miles of use, the engine cover burned. This is a serious defect that should be considered a manufacturing fault and/or a defective product. After reporting the issue, I was informed that the vehicle would be replaced at no additional cost. However, the sales consultant named Mert provided false and misleading statements during this process. Despite the information given to me, a $15,000 additional charge was imposed during the replacement process. Furthermore, I was misled regarding the payment plan: although I was initially told the term would be 72 months, the agreement was instead prepared for 84 months without my explicit consent or clear notification. Although I did not fully trust the sales consultant, I signed the contract under the belief that the information provided to me was accurate. This situation constitutes a “defective product sale,” “defective service,” and “deceptive commercial practice” under the Consumer Protection Law, causing both financial and emotional damages. Therefore, I respectfully request: 1. Replacement of my vehicle at no additional cost and under the originally promised contract terms, 2. Refund of the unjustly charged $15,000, 3. Correction of the loan term and installment plan altered to my detriment, 4. Initiation of necessary administrative and legal actions against the sales consultant and the dealership. More
