The buying process from Serramonte Honda was an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment I inquired online about trading in my current vehicle towards the purchase of a new one, the team re experience from start to finish. From the moment I inquired online about trading in my current vehicle towards the purchase of a new one, the team reached out, asked me a few questions, and did not pressure me once to buy a vehicle. Giann handled the appointment when I arrived, showed me the vehicle I was interested in, and answered all the questions I had. The finance manager was also very patient and broke down all the costs to me so that I would understand. Giann also followed up with me the day after to make sure I had everything I needed for the car. I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying a new car to make the trip out to Serramonte Honda. Meet with Giann for a great experience! More
