He was very professional, ethical, and knowledgeable, he is definitely an A++ in my book. On the night of the purchase we didn't have our checkbook with us to place the down payment, but Honda trusted us and sold us our 2023 Honda Passport (Trailsport) with only 7% of the money on the day one, and the remaining the day after. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager Giann who was kind and professional as well. The finance manager David Wong didn’t take forever to get my paperwork together and was pleasant to work with as well. I love the fact that the process didn’t take up my whole day.
