Never going back the whole time it seemed like no one wanted to talk to me the used car I went to go see still had a bunch of stickers stuck to the trunk and they offered me $7,000 less then every other wanted to talk to me the used car I went to go see still had a bunch of stickers stuck to the trunk and they offered me $7,000 less then every other dealer I talked to. The treating me like I don’t matter because it’s covid times and who needs good business practices someone else will buy the car More

Although Mr. Navarro was courteous and helpful, I found problems with the purchase. When I picked up the car, I was told it had been sanitized and I did not think I had to inspect it for cleanliness. Upon problems with the purchase. When I picked up the car, I was told it had been sanitized and I did not think I had to inspect it for cleanliness. Upon reaching home, I found a used face mask and hair clip in one of the storage pockets. I found the contract from the last owner in the glove compartment. The mat in the hold had a big spot on it that was difficult to clean. The cup holder had something dirty that was hard to scrub out. None of this should have happened especially in the time of a pandemic. Since the car was paid for in 2 payments on consecutive days, I was given a provisional contract the first day that showed the car was being purchased with financing. The car was paid in full on the 2nd day when I took possession but no updated contract was given to me. After several calls seeking a new contract, I was sent an email with an attachment saying the car was paid for in full in handwriting and not an official document. This was disappointing and unprofessional. More
My wife and I worked hard to find the car we were willing to drive for. We were specific and willing to travel for it. After multiple calls to Abbas at Honda of Serramonte, he convinced us the vehicle was “i to drive for. We were specific and willing to travel for it. After multiple calls to Abbas at Honda of Serramonte, he convinced us the vehicle was “immaculate. Perfect. Beautiful. Nothing wrong. No problems with paint.” A few calls later after I told him the vehicle had to be in the condition he said as we were driving nearly an hour and a half each way based on his word. He then said there was a small scratch on the bumper that could “be buffed out.” Man, that should have been a red flag in hind sight. Anyway, we decide to trust him and brave the drive. We got there pumped and in high hopes our search was finally going to be over and the rather large pile of cash in my wife’s purse would be spent. We were promptly greeted by Abbas. He took us straight to the vehicle. Here’s the rub, there was damage on nearly every panel, bumper, wheel, hood and even the windshield. There was literally a handful of scrapes about 5” high that stretched from the middle of the passenger front door, TO THE BACK OF THE TAIL LIGHT! The guy literally said “oh, I saw that right before you got here. Sorry.” So here’s the truth about Abbas, he’s either: a lazy salesperson with horrible eyes that SHOULD NOT BE SELLING CARS, or a bull-face scheming sleazy sales guy liar that SHOULD BOT BE SELLING CARS! One thing we all know he is, was a massive wast of our time. We made the drive to Auto Nation in Roseville, went to Dodge, got helped by a great guy named Jeff, paid cash for a beautiful vehicle and moved on with our lives. Ugh. Some people. And the people that employ them! More
