Fixed my Honda Eric Tom helped me. He got my car fixed under warranty. My rear spoiler clips were all defective, they all snapped off, the spoiler was hanging on by Eric Tom helped me. He got my car fixed under warranty. My rear spoiler clips were all defective, they all snapped off, the spoiler was hanging on by my brake light wire, and clips had to be replaced. Even though it was a manufacturer issue and Serramonte Honda said to take it to Primo Honda where I bought my Honda, Eric Tom got it fixed for me at Serramonte Honda under the warranty. It took 2 days and their car wash was broken, but I’m glad I didn’t have to drive to Redwood City with my spoiler dangling. More

Great service experience I took my car for a scheduled maintenance. The staff is really nice and considerate. He didn't try to push more services than I actually need, but jus I took my car for a scheduled maintenance. The staff is really nice and considerate.
