Service due to recall I only gave this dralership and average 3/5 mainly because of the wait. I had an appointment for 11am. I came at 1020 am and wasnt seen until about 11 I only gave this dralership and average 3/5 mainly because of the wait. I had an appointment for 11am. I came at 1020 am and wasnt seen until about 11. So I waited almost an hour. I was also promised my car would be done before 1. I found that amusing and guess what. It was finished around 3. I also expected a complimentary carwash but I guess this honda does not do that. Somewhat disappointing but what can you do. More

She went out of her way to explain every detail of my brand new car. She showed and demoed all of the features I get with my car, although it took awhile because I didn’t get them immediately, she still didn’t hesitate to help and answer my questions. I also had a problem with my car insurance because I can’t find my Insurance ID Card and my insurance is currently closed by the time of signing, but she made it all work out and found away to get the information through online, which I never knew we had, knowing my car insurance is just a small company. I would definitely recommend her!! From the time I got to the dealership to when I got out, she was really nice and very enthusiastic with her work. She definitely knows what she’s doing. So glad that she was the one who approached us when we were looking at cars outside the dealership. More
