Awesome! Great customer service! Bobbie Santos helped me with my car's repair. I came in for my appt. and he reviewed the repairs that will be done, that we talked about on the phone Bobbie Santos helped me with my car's repair. Clearly, he broke it down for me specifically what repairs will be done that day (the brake system) and other recommendations. I refused the other recommendations because it was beyond my budget. But I receive no pressure from Bobbie Santos to do it now. He simply respected my decision and moved on. He promised to have it done around lunch time. Promptly enough, he texted when it was done. When I came, he was on lunch. The person who helped me was equally helpful. The amount was lower than what we originally talked about. So Bobbie actually applied a discount. I feel a huge difference on the brakes, it was as if the car the car is new again. I'll come back again to do rest of the recommendations. More

Fixed my Honda Eric Tom helped me. He got my car fixed under warranty. My rear spoiler clips were all defective, they all snapped off, the spoiler was hanging on by Eric Tom helped me. He got my car fixed under warranty. My rear spoiler clips were all defective, they all snapped off, the spoiler was hanging on by my brake light wire, and clips had to be replaced. Even though it was a manufacturer issue and Serramonte Honda said to take it to Primo Honda where I bought my Honda, Eric Tom got it fixed for me at Serramonte Honda under the warranty. It took 2 days and their car wash was broken, but I’m glad I didn’t have to drive to Redwood City with my spoiler dangling. More

But when it came to the final paperwork with the finance person, there were additional items on the contract that I did not discuss or want (a security system). The Dealer will not correct error.
