He answer your questions, let you test drive the car, give you his business card and let you walk away. He doesn't demand for a sale like a lot of other car salesman. A lot of other car salesman always say, if you walk out the door now, you don't get this great deal anymore. They have many cars to choose. Don't let the size of the dealership lot deceive you. They can drive you to another lot with a least another few hundred of cars. This means if you don't see the car you want at the dealer lot, tell them to drive you to another lot to pick your model or options. More

My wife and I wanted a 2018 Honda Odyssey and Serramonte Honda had it in stock. The entire deal was hashed out through text messages. When my family arrived the car was cleaned up, gassed up and ready to go. Our salesperson, Marcin, was polite, helpful, and most of all sincere. After the paperwork was finalized he spent an additional 30 minutes with us covering the functions and helping my wife set it up for her preferences. Overall a very pleasant experience. Buying a new car My family hasnt owned a honda in years, other than acuras if that counts but needed a commuter car. Constance made me feel better about the car because she states she has many hondas in her family. I went with an Accord Sport and I cant be anymore pleased. Patrick and Constance were very patient and informative during the whole process. It actually took me several days before I made a purchase and I was all over the place. I had a smaller budget for the car because I already have an SUV but its nice to drive a car here and there and the gas mileage/ comfort was more the issue because its main purpose is a commuter car. We’ll see how the car is for the next years and maybe i’ll be a repeat customer with my family. These two were great! More
