The guy that help me out on my service is awesome .. the only thing that concern me is the waiting on my car before helping me. Waiting is atleast 30 mins which is not good I understand if you're short on only thing that concern me is the waiting on my car before helping me. Service advisor is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating although it’s quite busy Saturday and I came on emergency recall with no appointment. He set the expectations right due to it was so busy with customers while the mechanics were limited. Good man & he said “not to worry, we’ll take care of you” Cool, Thanks. The only suggestion i have: when the car was ready I didn’t get a text, hopefully there’ll a notification on text from the shop. Last service I also didn’t get any text notification telling the us the car is ready to be picked up. It’d be great to have rather than guessing “oh I think it may be ready now after some hours”. Eric was very thorough on explaining the service I needed for my 2019 Honda CRV. He was helpful in getting shuttle service and received text when car was ready for pick up.
