Zach was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the services I needed and answering all my questions with patience. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and the waiting area was comfortable, clean, and well-organized. Zach was efficient, and kept me updated on the progress of the work being done on my car. He also provided a clear breakdown of the costs upfront, so there were no surprises. My car was ready on time, and it was running like new. The attention to detail and quality of service really stood out to me. It's rare to find a service that combines excellent technical expertise with such great customer care. I highly recommend Superstition Honda for anyone in need of reliable, honest, and thorough car maintenance. I drive from Phoenix just to get my car service even though I’m 2 miles away from another Honda dealership, I would not go anywhere but Honda Superstition for auto service. It’s worth a drive. When enterprise wouldn’t give me a ride back to the dealership, Zach made sure that I got a ride to the dealership and made sure that all my needs were met! My husband and I recently leased a Honda Prologue from Honda of Superstition Springs in Mesa Arizona. We were intrigued with this vehicle. It sits high enough to drive off a curb and clear it without scraping the bottom. It has 21” tires and rims for a smoother and comfortable ride. It has very nice rims and the interior of this vehicle is the best Honda has ever offered. They apparently partnered up with GMC and it offers a very comfortable interior and knob controls to easily adjust the radio volume and AC climate controls. This vehicle has a large display cluster as well has a large and very intuitive navigation system. The response is as quick as an iPhone. This vehicle auto detects the outside climate and adjusts the interior climate accordingly to accommodate your comfort without touching any apps or buttons. Love this feature. It’s all electric and is very sleek. Now a word on this dealership. It’s one of their top selling dealers and they have stability and very competitive. Our salesperson name is Keith Thompson he was so low key and down to earth, we did not feel pressured at all. He is very knowledgeable and he restored our faith in this dealership. We highly recommend him for your next Honda needs or desires. In addition we also give high regards to our sales manager Jonah Maloney. He is energetic and fun to be around. He is very knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. Both of these gentlemen made our experience enjoyable and stress free. Nolan was friendly, responsive to our needs, very knowledgeable, never applied any pressure, always checked that our questions were answered, and negotiations were brief and satisfactory. Dakota was my angel! I worked with Dakota and I could not say enough great things about him! I had just come from Northern Arizona , where I live, and I pulled into th I worked with Dakota and I could not say enough great things about him! I had just come from Northern Arizona , where I live, and I pulled into the service bay without an appointment. My car couldn’t go any further and died. I was mid panic and trying not to cry but Dakota took his break time to help me. I knew he was busy, but he genuinely wanted to make sure I was safe and didn’t make me feel like I was a burden. I being a woman, was so nervous to be far from home, alone and completely stranded. I was so glad he was the one to help me. He helped me get into a rental car and stay safe. He was so kind the entire time Honda had my car. He kept me well informed of what was going on, answered my millions of questions and phone calls, and took the time to make me feel human and not like I was a number. I have never experienced such insanely kind customer service from a dealership. I will shout his good name and praises to everyone who asks.
