Initially I thought he wanted me to sign something, but he had instead given me the carfax for the vehicle I expressed interest in. I hadn't even asked for it. At the same time there were no high pressure tactics. The showroom was clean and orderly and actually quiet, unlike some other dealerships I had visited which were more like organized chaos. Everyone was friendly and laid back. Mark was very easy to deal with. I went back and forth with him via telephone until I arrived at a deal I was comfortable with.
