We have purchased 7 cars from Herbie and have just leased the 8th, a Honda Accord. This is my 5th Honda, and my 2nd time working with Herbie. He helped me through a very complicated transaction, since this car was being purchased in NJ but being shipped to California for my daughte Herbie. I showed up at the dealership 2 days before the scheduled pickup day unannounced, wanting to change my model with an upgraded version, so I can surprise my husband. I was afraid I was going to be given an attitude or a difficult time but Herbie showed patience and understanding as he went over the upgrades to the model and redid all the paperwork.
