My time is important to me, and making a high dollar purchase is as well. From Deana to Joe, to the business manager, to the General manager - all friendly, knew where to find answers quickly when they didn't know the answer. The test drive was filled with pointing out the newest technology features we were interested in understanding. We pick up our modified new car next week and know we'll receive the same excellent interactions and explanations we'll need to drive away with a bluetooth enabled sporty new SUV. A Honda Dealership That Really Cares i wanted to buy a CRV-EX, but a test drive home revealed that it wouldn't fit in my little PV garage. I returned to the dealership and told them I'd n i wanted to buy a CRV-EX, but a test drive home revealed that it wouldn't fit in my little PV garage. I returned to the dealership and told them I'd need to look at a pearl white hrv-ex AWD. When your internet customer rep emailed me about a pearl white CRV I emailed back and said I needed an hrv-ex. She was the only dealership rep who followed up and let me know when a pearl white hrv was on the way. She and Woody and your sales manager were great, and Anna was super explaining the basics. This is my 2nd Honda, my first one just turned 21 and is going to a good home where it'll be loved and cared for by people who appreciate a fun 5 speed. Thank you Tiffany Springs Honda! More
