I was told the dealer ship would pay my car taxes and cut me a check. They ended giving me a check which is not the correct amount and I had to pay more money from my pocket. This was reply I got from them when I asked for the extra money I paid from my pocket. "I now see that. I am sorry but we can not go back and fix any numbers now because that was the amount that was on your contract. I am sorry for the mistake." More

The finance manager, Jesse, readily agreed to honor the new drop in price advertised on their website. Fritz was very patient with my several request, and Rod had a matter-of-fact approach, explaining our options, but not presuming to tell us what we should or shouldn't do -on a side note, he was great with our two and five year old. When the time comes and we need another vehicle, we will definitely be buying from Honda of Tiffany Springs!! More
