Checked battery and charging system We purchased a battery from TS Honda on 8/2, but it was completely drained on the morning of 9/7. Got it started and took it to Kenny right away. He We purchased a battery from TS Honda on 8/2, but it was completely drained on the morning of 9/7. Got it started and took it to Kenny right away. He worked us in immediately and checked the battery cells and charging system for no costto us. It is fully charged now and working well. More

This is the way service should be! We feel so fortunate to have Tiffany Honda, and in particular Mike Bair, in the Kansas City area. We own a 1997 Honda CR-V and a 2007 Honda CR-V, and We feel so fortunate to have Tiffany Honda, and in particular Mike Bair, in the Kansas City area. We own a 1997 Honda CR-V and a 2007 Honda CR-V, and always take them to Tiffany Honda for service. We always ask for Mike, as he is consistently professional, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. We would love to buy a new Honda CR-V or HR-V, but we need an automatic that is RV towable four wheels down. Sure wish Honda had not discontinued that option in 2014. More
