Excellent Service Josh was my Service Advisor and had ordered a part for my car. He called me when it came in and made an appointment for the service to be done. I to Josh was my Service Advisor and had ordered a part for my car. He called me when it came in and made an appointment for the service to be done. I took my car into Josh and he took it from there. All I did was wait in the Customer Lounge and not too long later Josh came in to tell me my car was finished. I appreciated the excellent and fast service and the free car wash! I'll always take my car to Honda of Tiffany Springs because I get such great service and am treated like a valued customer all the time. More

Best Service I've ever had!! Jason Fry was the best Service Advisor I've ever worked with and a real Professional! I stopped in one Friday evening just about closing time with a Jason Fry was the best Service Advisor I've ever worked with and a real Professional! I stopped in one Friday evening just about closing time with a knocking that would not stop. Jason took the time to have their crew identify the problem, which ended up being a HUGE safety issue, and determine the steps to rectify the situation. Jason then offered me a loaner so I could continue 'functioning' over the weekend while they wrapped up the repairs earlier than expected on Monday. I really appreciated Jason taking the time to explain the steps to repair the problem and then keep the lines of communication open till completion...very knowledgeable & easy to work with. Thank you Jason! More

He explained I brought my daughter's 99 Accord in due to an exhaust problem. After the crew determined the issue, I received a call from Jason Fry. He explained the problem, and also referred me out to a muffler repair shop to save a bundle of money as it would have been far more expensive to replace the whole part than patch it (and on a 18 year old vehicle, we opted for a patch). Not only did they not charge me for the exhaust check, they continue to be honest with me which is why we have been loyal customers for 12 years now. Thanks guys!! More
Very Accomadating I was leaving town and had to leave my car for its 100,000 maintenance and the team was very accomadating to keep my car overnight and Honor my reques I was leaving town and had to leave my car for its 100,000 maintenance and the team was very accomadating to keep my car overnight and Honor my request to lock my spare keys in the car so I could pick it up Sunday afternoon. My service advisor also thoroughly checked my vehicle in and answered all of our questions. He called me when it was done and let me know the final charge to my credit card.
