I stopped in one Friday evening just about closing time with a knocking that would not stop. Jason took the time to have their crew identify the problem, which ended up being a HUGE safety issue, and determine the steps to rectify the situation. Jason then offered me a loaner so I could continue 'functioning' over the weekend while they wrapped up the repairs earlier than expected on Monday. I really appreciated Jason taking the time to explain the steps to repair the problem and then keep the lines of communication open till completion...very knowledgeable & easy to work with. He explained the problem, and also referred me out to a muffler repair shop to save a bundle of money as it would have been far more expensive to replace the whole part than patch it (and on a 18 year old vehicle, we opted for a patch). Not only did they not charge me for the exhaust check, they continue to be honest with me which is why we have been loyal customers for 12 years now. Thanks guys!! More
