Exceptional service I started using this Honda service center in 2001 when it was on North Oak and have been a loyal customer ever since. Somewhere in those beginning years I began to rely on Mike Bair for all of my service communications. He practically knows my voice now when I call him on the phone. I have had nothing but the best service from Honda and I appreciate the fact that I'm not charged for service that I don't need. Mike often informs me of service that I could have done but that could be done at a later date and I appreciate the honesty. I also appreciate Mike's willingness to go the extra mile. I bought a new CRV in 2012 and the first winter after I bought it the battery failed one very cold night after work. I called Mike for help and he came to my car after his own shift had ended to start my car so I could get it to Honda to get the battery replaced. Needless to say, I'm devoted to Mike Bair and to Honda. More

We've had many shady dealings with vehicle service repair centers over the years but it's been the complete opposite here at TS Honda. We know we're probably paying a little more having our vehicle serviced at the dealership for routine maintenance, but it's worth it in my opinion! This last time Eddie took such great care of us and even got us in ahead of our appointment time. A+ service! More
