Exceptional service I started using this Honda service center in 2001 when it was on North Oak and have been a loyal customer ever since. Somewhere in those beginning ye I started using this Honda service center in 2001 when it was on North Oak and have been a loyal customer ever since. Somewhere in those beginning years I began to rely on Mike Bair for all of my service communications. He practically knows my voice now when I call him on the phone. I have had nothing but the best service from Honda and I appreciate the fact that I'm not charged for service that I don't need. Mike often informs me of service that I could have done but that could be done at a later date and I appreciate the honesty. I also appreciate Mike's willingness to go the extra mile. I bought a new CRV in 2012 and the first winter after I bought it the battery failed one very cold night after work. I called Mike for help and he came to my car after his own shift had ended to start my car so I could get it to Honda to get the battery replaced. Needless to say, I'm devoted to Mike Bair and to Honda. More

Each time we are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. We've had many shady dealings with vehicle service repair centers over the years but it's been the complete opposite here at TS Honda. We know we're probably paying a little more having our vehicle serviced at the dealership for routine maintenance, but it's worth it in my opinion! This last time Eddie took such great care of us and even got us in ahead of our appointment time. A+ service! More

Mike Bair and everyone at Honda of Tiffany Springs are the reasons why we exclusively use the dealership for all maintenance/service needs on the two Mike Bair and everyone at Honda of Tiffany Springs are the reasons why we exclusively use the dealership for all maintenance/service needs on the two autos we purchased new from HoTS. Whether it is an oil change or larger ticket repairs like the visit I am responding to, Mike and his associates are courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, in other words true professionals! I always personally ask for Mike when scheduling appointments, but if he is not available one of his fellow pros always takes care of me. More
