We have had an issue since last summer and they continue to tell us it doesn't exist, yet we have photos and bring it to them with light on. Anytime we call they never return call. The truck has a problem and they need to bring it in, but they don't have a vehicle big enough for a loaner and the only thing they offer is for me to rent one at an out-of-pocket cost for myself.
