There is an absence of a comfortable initial reception, often with service customers waiting awkwardly just inside the door until a service agent is available or ready, on this occasion exceeding ten minut often with service customers waiting awkwardly just inside the door until a service agent is available or ready, on this occasion exceeding ten minutes due to computer login difficultes by the service agent. This is substandard now with drive-in immediate reception at most dealerships across car manufacturers. More
