Kind, courteous, speedy, on-time delivery, professional, clean car. Staff was concerned about our comfort. We has two toddlers with us. My recent visit to Honda of Toms River's service department left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite assurances that my fluids would be topped off during an oil change, this promise was never fulfil department left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite assurances that my fluids would be topped off during an oil change, this promise was never fulfilled. To add insult to injury, I was charged for a service that was never provided. This lack of integrity and failure to deliver on basic commitments has left me questioning the reliability of Honda of Toms River's service department. More
