Nice people but just a bit of confusion on the price of my car. Two cars exactly alike except for color of interior. the one I wanted was more miles but priced higher. I did not give myself enough time to negotiate a lower rate. next time I will go early in the day and be better prepared. More

When having work done on my van over several days, i asked if i could get a spare key, and was told i could just get one when it was ready. Instead, it was out of stock and had to have one ordered. They day it arrived i was not available to wait around for an hour to have it set to my van. I had to go another week before i could come and wait, but that was with my 3 year old, at the dealership for over an hour. When it was finally finished, i checked it in the ignition and worked fine. I took my daughter to great adventure on saturday, and the spare key i had just had made couldnt fit into my door lock. We were stranded for more than an hour before my wife was able to come unlock the car with our original key. I am very angry that my new $300 key caused so much irritation and wasted time More
